Lively bubbles for this 2004 with a nose of roasted coffee, dried fruit, pistachios and roasted hazelnuts. Notes of honeyed nougat and meringue complete the picture. On the palate, the wine is fresh, lemony and minty, yet round and full-bodied. The bubble spreads around the palate, and the dosage is marked, but well done. Enjoy with snacked scallops.
