This blanc de noirs, composed of 80% pinot noir and 20% pinot meunier, has benefited from over 4 years' cellar aging. Rose and peony express themselves on the nose, mingling with notes of apricot tart. On the palate, delicate bubbles carry deliciously buttery flavors and a touch of toasted hazelnuts. A touch of acidity on the finish lifts the whole. A great success to be enjoyed with Italian coppa.
