Evolution, complexity and elegance are the watchwords of this particularly successful cuvée. 45% pinot meunier, 20% pinot noir and 35% chardonnay together offer refined aromas of yellow and white fruits, followed by raisins. The remarkably structured palate reveals red fruits and a patina characteristic of the vintage. This champagne is ideal with foie gras royale with raspberries.
