In the village of Chigny-les-Roses, in the Montagne de Reims, the 13th generation of the Cattier family took over the reins of the estate. Today under the direction of Alexandre Cattier CEO and chef de cave, operating 33 hectares of Premier Cru, 75% of which are Pinot Noir. But Cattier also owns a jewel : the Clos du Moulin which covers 2.2 hectares planted equally in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wine coming from this parcel is a blend of three vintages. The production for the cuvées is supplemented by additional supplies. The champagnes are aged in beautiful vaulted cellars on three levels, which are among the deepest in the Champagne region.
