A full, intense effervescence enlivens the pretty onion-peel color of this rosé made from a blend of predominantly Pinot Noir from the best Premier Cru parcels on the Montagne de Reims. A nose of strawberry coulis, dried fruit, vanilla, peony and old rose gives this wine a frank allure. The palate is refreshing, tannic and racy, with a salivating finish. Produced in a confidential limited edition of just 3,325 bottles, this champagne is sure to grace prestigious meals, especially with Racan pigeon with crayfish.
