A magnum disgorged six months earlier. A more precise olfactory profile, less explosive than the same cuvée in bottle. The environment is more root-like, tinged with citrus fruits including grapefruit. The palate is full and restrained. The bubbles are beginning to take on fullness and, for the moment, finesse is the order of the day.
