With 70% Pinot Noir in the blend and 5% Pinot Meunier in the red, this rosé has a light color and shimmering bubbles. The nose reveals crunchy red berries, with a hint of secondary notes (wood, blond tobacco) due to ageing in wood and cork. The palate is creamy and fresh, with perfectly integrated bubbles. The long finish, with its touch of fine bitters, will make a fine match with a red mullet fillet accompanied by colonnata bacon and raspberries.
