Years go by and the terroir remains to produce a great wine. This 2009 evokes the terroir rather than the vintage. The breed, the complex, finely mentholated nose, the mouthfeel, the subtle acidity and the length are on a par with the great 2008 vintage. One of the great champagnes of the sector. Sublime!
