The nose, almost smoky, reveals itself against a background of clean, crystalline fruit. After a perfectly open, generous nose, we find all the generosity and unctuousness of Pinot Meunier on clay on the palate. On the finish, a touch of saltiness, always sapid, lengthens the sensation. Serve with a few slices of good pata negra.
