Created by the father, using only the grandfather's reserve wines, this cuvée is the benchmark for the range. The brothers, now at the helm of the house, continue the adventure, also using only reserve wines. With notes of encaustic, dried fruit and a very fine evolution, the nose of this cuvée opens perfectly. On the palate, you can feel the concentration of wines that have taken their time (2 years in demi muid and 3 years in the cellar). A great gourmet champagne, to be opened with quails with foie gras and truffles.
