Here, the fullness of uncompromising kirsch and roasted apricot aromas is combined with a mischievous, sapid bubble, in contrast to a mouthfeel reminiscent of mentholated, invigorating vegetal. A fine Champagne/Languedoc regional match with warm Pézenas pâtés.
