This version on a 2015 base is much more vanilla and creamy, with ripe yellow fruit of course. The bright, zesty bubbles and chiseled mousse are surprisingly crisp and fresh. The palate is complex, crisp, saline and mineral, with the chalky lime blossom we've come to expect from Mesnil, and more. We predict a long, bright future for this wine.
