Gault&Millau's review 2025

It's resisting the tide of healthy veganism, bowls and burgers: the restaurant that pioneered the natural iodine concept some fifteen years ago is still standing firm against the winds of the open sea. Thanks also to its golden location, opposite the Palais Royal, it still embodies the fish restaurant of the modern era: sea bass grilled with aniseed, turbot with shellfish jus, sole and olive oil purée, sea bream roasted with bay leaf... Wide choice of classic desserts. On the other hand, the "Saint-jacques formula", well after the closure of the French fishery, is a little less trendy...
