Original Restaurant One Italian after another: after Mattéo, here's Zagara, who nicely works the products of the Botte, with some well-applied recipes, such as malloredus, typical of Sardinia, with small sausage and fennel. Correct charcuterie, sorrentina gnocchi and small limoncello babas in a short menu that deserves a first mention.
