Gourmet Restaurant We've been following this well-placed winstub for the past ten years, and it continues to go from strength to strength, willingly sacrificing to fashions (Caesar salad, tuna tataki...) for tourists while maintaining a relatively stable Alsatian line: escargots, sauerkraut (from Meise or with three fishes) fleischkiechle, roast knuckle of ham with beer sauce... Classic winery, as far afield as Alsace (Lorentz, Luré, Cattin...).
