The promise of refinement is then revealed in both the service and the flavors of the perfectly prepared, made-from-scratch dishes. The daring menu combines classics with exclusive and surprising creations. You'll love the range of donburi, poke bowls, ramen, stir-fried noodles, sashimi and teriyaki (the famous and delicious skewers of vegetables, fish or meat), as well as sushi, including black rice sushi, which only the chefs make. Bentos are the perfect way to treat yourself to a composition of several hot or cold suggestions. While you make your selection, sip a cocktail!
