Gourmet Restaurant A pleasant, modern eatery for light or hearty nibbles. The place is cosy, and the dishes meticulously crafted: crème brûlée with fresh goat's cheese, beet gazpacho, fish of the moment, chickpea hummus with red onion, Castilian pig pluma with relish, chocolate ganache, mango jasmine sorbet, coffee veil, in a complete formula priced at €47. Local beers and wines accompany the meals, and the house has the good taste to support local winemakers with a moderate offer of 10 cl by the glass. All these efforts are worth a first toque.
