Chef's Restaurant As soon as you sit down, you realize that Sadarnac is playing a different game. No menus, no announcements: here, you eat what the chef has decided. Lise Deveix cooks live, according to the seasons, and you can feel it. The octopus arrives roasted, almost crispy, on a warm salad prepared with the head. The pigeon, from Pornic, has a deep, salty taste that really catches the eye. The rhubarb in the dessert is striking, softened by a well roasted hazelnut praline. In the dining room, a single waitress, precise, calm and attentive. She keeps up the pace, asking questions and making adjustments. The chef herself sometimes comes to present the dishes. The pace can be a little slow, but you'll stay on board. Muffled atmosphere, masterful decor. From €35 for lunch, the balance between price and quality is clear.
