Description
Sponsored Since June 2024, on the Villeneuve d'Ascq-Sainghin road, Rita has been "the place to be", the brainchild of brothers Gino and Antoni Gorguet and their friend Nicolas Aldebert. They have thought out every detail of this modern place, combining shades of red with light oak and marble tables. In his open kitchen, Chef Nicolas focuses on Northern produce, which he sublimates with brio on the grill, plancha or rotisserie, the restaurant's trademark. For example, he offers a selection of grilled ribs and vegetables, and spit-roasted piglet, served individually or to share. At the bar, Gino composes fabulous house cocktails and advises on food and wine pairings. Every ingredient is locally sourced and often organic, the wines are French and the spirits from here and abroad, but always carefully selected to offer you an exceptional break. From the two terraces, you'll enjoy views over the surrounding countryside. Concerts Monday to Wednesday evenings and DJ sets Thursday to Saturday to keep the party going! Parking for electric cars.
