Sponsored Japanese-inspired French cuisine: that's how to describe the delicate dishes on the menu at Hanada at CNIT de la Défense. At the helm is Chef Kayori Hirano, who has been working in France for over twenty years, gaining experience with some of the most prestigious names in French gastronomy. Inspired by her Japanese origins, Kayori sublimates fresh seasonal produce, from its preparation to the delicious presentation of her dishes. Your senses will savor the elegance of the presentation and the flavors of a Tamago egg (soft-boiled egg with teriyaki sauce), teriyaki salmon with vegetables of the moment, sliced Angus beef entrecôte with whisky onion confit and sansho pepper-infused sauce... For a sweet treat, pastry chef Alexandre Marais will charm you with a matcha blackberry Pavlova or a yuzu lemon and hazelnut praline millefeuille - a daydream! The menu is reinvented every month with a gourmet fusion of France and Japan.
