A trendy bistro with a contemporary design—that sounds just right in the well-defined world of “non-Parisians.” This well-located spot adheres to all the hallmarks of a cuisine that’s both familiar and refined, rooted in tradition: the perfect egg, foie gras, sea bass fillet with parsnip mousseline and red butter sauce, and grilled skirt steak with green pepper sauce. Each plate comes with a wine recommendation and allergen information; the signature dish is the rib of beef, and, of course, the service is provided by a young, energetic, and smiling staff.
