It's the table en vue on this busy quay, with fine gastronomy and rich products prepared with finesse and modernity by chef Maxime Dourdin (ex Sarran, Labbé, Savoy). Together with his wife Estelle, he has won over locals and tourists alike with a refined, year-round treat in this cosy, chic interior. The flavors aren't all seafood, far from it, as the chef creates his menu according to his knowledge, the market and current ideas: salmon tataki with sweet potato pucks in a mango and coriander vinaigrette, fillet of sea bass with cauliflower mousseline and beurre blanc, braised chuck Bourguignonne-style with potato espuma and hearty jus, tartelette with island flavors and coconut lime sorbet, creamy rum and roasted pineapple, in a well-proportioned Saveurs menu at €64.
