Set back from the hustle and bustle of the resort, this fine suburban establishment caters to its local clientele in a stylish residence. The cuisine is safe and fair in terms of fare, and the plates are full of familiar, well-controlled flavors: Marennes oysters served warm, pimientos del Padrón emulsion with Reims vinegar and muscatel, maigre de ligne, roasted eggplant, knife tartar and condiments, onion mousseline and caramelized spring onions, veal quasi mousseline with carrot, orange marmalade, tangy veal jus. The menus are well composed (including the Marché at €25 or the menu-card at €37), the service impeccable and the cellar classic.
