Chef and owner Olivier, at the helm of the eponymous restaurant, draws his inspiration from his travels and translates it into generous dishes. He knows how to tantalize your taste buds with his classic dishes (entrecôte maturée, scallop risotto, beef tataki...) or more unusual ones, like this sweet and sour Hawaiian salad or this French-style burger topped with... sauerkraut! In the eight years since he moved back to La Ferté, Olivier welcomes you as if you were friends, in a warm, friendly and delicious atmosphere. What more could you ask for?
