Gourmet Restaurant After the short-lived Dune, we remain at the gateway to the desert with this very Mediterranean Mirage, expressive of southern-flavored cuisine. Two chefs (one from Balagan, the other from Dalia) work hard to offer a personal take on combinations and standards. From the basics at lunchtime (kamia, fattouch salad, pitas, octopus chakchouka), to other proposals for the evening, with yellowtail sashimi and chermoula as in Sfax, beef cheek confit in sangria jus with harissa, spice-marinated chicken kebab... Beautifully appointed, sober and warm, with a warm welcome.
