Gourmet Restaurant In this authentic pocket bistro dating from 1906 near the Grands Boulevards, chef Franck Langrenne offers simple cuisine with generous plates that nevertheless often verge on the ordinary. The best bargains come at lunchtime, when you can pick and choose from the menu for €36.50: poached eggs en meurette or fish terrine with zucchini, chives and cocktail sauce, the famous AAAAA andouillette with cider, apple and mushroom jus, or pink veal chop with oyster mushroom cream and gratin dauphinois, before the great classics baba au rhum with whipped cream or Paris-Brest with praline cream. To accompany this cuisine, a wine list from small producers at reasonable prices, served with good humor by the chef's wife.
