With its beautiful old-fashioned setting, glass roof and chandeliers, this institution retains all its prerogatives opposite the Stock Exchange. As in many places of this type, today we cultivate a mix of genres, with a bit of fashion (chicken nems, steamed vegetables, creamy spicy calamari) mingling with escargots, mayo eggs, Provençal scallops and entrecôte béarnaise. A wide choice of desserts, including Norwegian omelettes and pavlova, in the same mixed spirit.
