Gourmet Restaurant The neighborhood is booming, and Hélène Darroze's chic bistro is attracting a young clientele curious about today's flavors. The menu responds to demand with finesse and professionalism, including a good, introductory lunch menu at €38: Caesar salad with blue lobster and ossau iraty, Landes chicken with yellow wine, blood orange pavlova and almond crème montée. You can also partake of one of our current offerings, such as foie gras (a house staple) and duck neck stuffed with lamb and cockroaches, lacquered with honey to evoke the chef's Gascon universe. In the evening, a more extensive menu in the same spirit, with a €68 formula.
