Original Restaurant Here, Alan Geaam offers a plant-based version of his Qasti, the traditional Lebanese gourmet counters he helped popularize, or magnify, in his eponymous restaurant on Rue Lauriston. The focus here is 100% on veg, playing on the fragrance of herbs and spices and the quality of the produce: hummus, grape leaves, fritters, vegetarian chawarma and shish barak, falafel, and mouhalabieh with red fruits for a light finish.
