Just a stone's throw from the Place de la République in Paris, Le Marcela is a restaurant of Italian specialties led by its owner, an energetic woman dedicated to the well-being of her clientele. The skilfully-crafted menu includes a collection of lightly-doughed, deliciously-topped pizzas, as well as a choice of starters, main courses, salads and desserts combining Italian specialties with Colombian notes. The cuisine is crafted with the finest ingredients: fior di latte, 22-month-aged Parmesan cheese, pastrami smoked in Paris, coffee and fruit coulis from fair-trade farms in Colombia.
