Gourmet Restaurant The formula is now well known and has stood the test of time: in the bustling tenth arrondissement, everything to nourish the neighborhood with healthy, solid, raw natural, traced and identified quali products in the service of preparations that hit the spot: Kriaxera duck tataki with burlat pickles and tanche olive juice, pâté croûte de cou nu lemon rosemary gel, pollack acras with beet ketchup, Camargue rice with strawberry dely milk. The bread is as good as the service and wine, and the lunchtime menu is unbeatable at €24.
