Gourmet Restaurant Plisson's winning concept - product, ideas of the moment, good technique - has taken root in the Marché Saint-Honoré, and the terrace is full as soon as the sun comes out. Chiffonnade de mortadelle and pâté croûte Lastre to start the nibbling, mayo egg and Caesar salad to follow, coquillettes risotto with truffles, quasi de veau sauce morilles for great resistance. Rice pudding or profiterole finish the proceedings without batting an eyelid. Young, dynamic service, happy hour between 5 and 8 pm.
