Gourmet Restaurant Just a stone's throw from the Opera, Édouard VII boasts a thoroughly respectable cuisine, equally suited to hotel guests and local business people. An elegant room, neutral in appearance, lends flexibility to the atmosphere, while the plates express exemplary classicism: green asparagus, morel puff pastry and Maltese sauce, smoked Scottish salmon and herb cream wafers, herb and mushroom omelette, croque-monsieur, beef entrecôte and pommes allumettes. Market menu at €45.
