Indeed, what used to be a residential house was the birthplace of Florian's mother. The area, where he himself grew up, is dear to his heart, and Caroline, originally from Brittany, has fallen in love with it. In the kitchen, the Chef revisits Niçoise cuisine with influences from Italy and the West Indies, where he spent many years. Local delicacies take pride of place on a menu that changes between 6 and 10 times a year: semi-salted knuckle of pork, open raviole of beef cheek stew, lobster risotto... Mediterranean flavors with exotic aromas... The place, with its contemporary accents, is warm and welcoming. The terrace, adorned with olive trees, smells of Provence and offers an incredible view of the Baie des Anges on one side and the mountains on the other.
