Sponsored Founded over 20 years ago by his parents, Rémi Barbaroux took over this pizza spot in downtown Oraison in the Forcalquier, Manosque, Valensole triangle at the gateway to Provence in 2022. In this warm and friendly place, which the young entrepreneur has modernized in his own image, the people of Oraison enjoy salads and pizzas concocted with local delicacies. Caesar salad, Niçoise-style salad, or cured ham on seasonal green salad (batavia frisée, mesclun or red oak leaf), for example, all prepared with produce grown on neighboring farms. Quality and freshness are exceptional. As for pizzas, the 5-cheese or arugula ones, emblematic of the house, are made with fine, hand-worked pasta, and the sauces are made on the spot as required by Italian tradition. Takeaway or home delivery, you'll have the choice of stopping by the store or waiting for your delivery at home. The shop is easy to get to, right next to Oraison town hall.
