Description
Sponsored People come to Les Viviers for the freshness of its products, from local fish (bought from local fishermen) to seafood and oysters. It has to be said that the manager of this institution is also an oyster farmer, which is a guarantee of quality. As for the seafood, feast on crab, clams, lobster, prawns, langoustines and whelks, all served with mayonnaise or homemade aioli. In fine weather, the terrace offers a splendid view of the oyster basin. Carnivores are also welcome, as the menu offers a limited choice of meats (magret, entrecôte, veal), sourced directly from local farms. In a sober, elegant setting, each moment spent is also a discovery of regional know-how and a unique product. The wine list was designed in collaboration with an oenologist. The aim is to help customers discover new vintages. Don't miss the themed Friday evenings! All ingredients that should enable the establishment to be awarded the Maître-Restaurateur label by summer 2025.
