Chef's Restaurant Originally from Cambodia, the Khong family has not forgotten its roots, defending its traditions and recipes with great strength. Dany and David Khong are at ease, sometimes playing with the flavors of other Asian countries, and proposing plates of anthology: won ton soup, pigeon and truffle egg rolls, "pot-au-phô", Japanese-style veal, quail marinated in the five flavors of Chinese cuisine, the unavoidable dim sum. To finish off, pandan rice cake or homemade mango fritter ice cream.
