Gault&Millau's review 2026

The former convent looks great in this quiet corner, and regulars appreciate the high standards, the fine dining and the summer terrace. The menu plays with traditional safety, including the fashions of the moment: beef tataki or the perfect egg, granny siphon on foie gras, beet gaspacho on trout cannelloni. Good sensations on the classics, guinea fowl jus with sage or seven o'clock lamb. Vintage desserts, baba, Valrhona chocolate dome, appropriate cellar.
