Gourmet Restaurant The toque, which was a long time in the making, has been maintained thanks to the constant efforts of an entire team. The atmosphere is inviting, especially at lunchtime when local offices flock to the €25 menu. On the menu, you'll find good impressions of a rather elaborate, even sophisticated cuisine, even if we prefer plates with more familiar associations: chestnut and hazelnut oil sea bream tartare, foie gras with Jurançon, scallop risotto with parmesan emulsion, veal pavé in hazelnut crust with marsala sauce. Quite a varied and classic cellar, small selection by the glass, good selection of Beaujolais and interesting prices for Burgundy.
