The landscape evolves, the brands follow one another, but this bistro remains valiant, thanks to its soul and personality: a cheerful space where regulars flock, for the €25 lunch menu, for the well-constructed and varied cellar, and for this cuisine that always knows how to renew itself, in a rather vast offer, and happily practicing the mix of genres, tradi, modern, chic, vegetal... : pan-fried scallops with foie gras shavings, snails and perfect egg with arbois wine foam, chicken supreme with chanterelle cream, chocolate mi-cuit with pear coulis.
