Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the old town, a neo-bistro that bills itself as a "neighborhood restaurant". But don't be fooled by appearances: just as the first room conceals a second with a beautiful stone vault, this apparent simplicity is home to a chef with golden fingers in his open kitchen. Guillaume Duboeuf offers creative, gourmet dishes at affordable prices. In the evening, only the ingredients are presented, but their preparations and combinations make for wonderful surprises: asparagus, asparagus cream, goat's cheese ice cream and parmesan crumble, or orange mousse, citron purée, tarragon ice cream and barley tuile. Barbecued red tuna ventrèche retains all its marbling, and all the cooking and combinations contribute to enhancing each ingredient. Antoine is passionate about proposing bottles that showcase new winemakers, as is his attentive service.
