Gault&Millau's review 2026

A small table of friends to share a moment in good humor and relaxation. The dishes show care and a certain research into contemporary tastes, such as the red curry of butternut with chestnuts, risotto of oyster mushrooms and parsnip chips, or the filet of trout with fennel, Jerusalem artichokes and broccoli cream, recently available for lunch, on a menu that is renewed according to the market, and inspired by seasonal vegetables.
