In the heart of Haute-Savoie, the Trincaz family's 3* hotel-restaurant is a legend, welcoming generations of travelers and vacationers since 1894. Located in the Abondance valley, the house exudes authenticity and presence, with rustic architecture, comfort and the dishes of Jérémy Trincaz, who has worked with Marcon, Labbé and Goujon. It's a successful blend of yesterday's and today's recipes: a salad of abundance, Arctic char cooked one-sided, sabayon flavored with Abondance valley fir, filet of Rossini beef, foie gras escalope and terrine, Perigueux sauce, a Savoyard fondue or tartiflette.
