Gourmet Restaurant Cosy, gourmet and generous in this Trincaz family stronghold, an ideal chalet in the aptly-named Vallée d'Abondance. Claude Trincaz holds the titles that define haute tradition: Maître-Restaurateur and Disciple d'Escoffier. Noble products (foie gras, salmon Bömlo, langoustines, scallops) combine with the riches of the mountains to define a cuisine that's straightforward and well-made.
