Gault&Millau's review2026
Another of the Trincaz family's addresses, this chalet on the Swiss border does the job well, with fine accommodations, a family-friendly, cocooned atmosphere, and well-thought-out cuisine combining fine produce and mountain classics. Claude Trincaz does a serious job: Pugliese burrata with multicolored tomatoes and fresh basil, pan-fried perch fillets with hazelnut butter, pommes allumettes and green salad, berthoud, tartiflette, crème brûlée with verbena and blueberry sorbet. Menu €59.
