Close to the Lac de Vonnes, this 3* hotel is frequented by a loyal clientele, who appreciate its human dimension and the quality of its facilities (spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna...). In the kitchen, Sébastien Trincaz offers fine French cuisine, including a rose of Scottish salmon smoked with juniper berries, pumpkin seed praline, silky pumpkin velouté, a cod back with white butter sauce and fish roe, gourmet cereals, crispy, melting vegetables, a lamb pavé, garlic confit and fragrant jus, potato and vegetable gratin. Menus at €35 and €49.
