Chef's Restaurant A hotel on a human scale, with a family atmosphere, open in winter and summer. The restaurant, run by Sébastien Trincaz, who worked with his father Philippe for many years, is pleasantly styled and delivers on its promise of advanced cuisine that breaks away from Savoy precepts: smoked salmon fleur with juniper berries and beet pickles, beet juice thyme cream, herbed-crusted cod with citrus beurre blanc, roast duck breast on skin with orange sauce in a Signature menu at €49. Extensive menu with burger, lobster roll, filet de boeuf Rossini and mountain specialties (berthoud, fondue, raclette...).
