Just north of Grenoble, a stone's throw from the Isère river, Corinne and Gérald Carbone's restaurant is a meeting place for loyal diners, who enjoy the chef's colorful dishes and Corinne's enthusiastic welcome. The dishes express good bistronomy, with contemporary ideas: snail gratinée with Sassenage blue cheese, octopus just snacked, crispy capon with champagne and chestnut slivers, and a chartreuse-glazed soufflé. Warm atmosphere.
