Chef's Restaurant This not-so-glamorous boulevard house, which we've been following for the past ten years, has a beautiful soul. Gabriel Utecht leads it with a renewed passion with each service, welcoming and cajoling his customers and guiding them along the path of the wine list, in this room decorated in a practical and functional sense. His wife Héloïse's menu is virtuous in its pricing (the yield on the €48 menu is exemplary), with a great deal of sincerity and generosity: pan-fried scallops with cream of cauliflower and haddock sauce, guinea fowl rolled with mushrooms and foie gras, red wine sauce, creamy parsnip, mushrooms with tarragon and a good dessert, just like at home, like a chocolate hazelnut opera, orange confit, chocolate ice soup, streusel, praline ice cream. The cellar is vast and well-stocked, with a fine selection of clean wines from all regions, with a special mention for the Loire and the DRC allocation, natural wine and its stars among the ambassadors of our heritage.
