Gourmet Restaurant On the road to Mont Saint-Michel, this charming country house offers a top-notch innkeeper's experience, where you can get your fill of local fare at an engaging price. Chef Virginie Xerri's cuisine is both regional and contemporary: a salad of small chicken livers sautéed Normandy-style, cod in chorizo flakes, risotto and bell pepper cream, veal chuck, shallot jus, snow peas and grenailles, and a gourmet chocolate-pistachio millefeuille.
