Gourmet Restaurant A solid traditional stopover between Normandy and Brittany: you can't go wrong by relying on the good principles of Eric Bertheaume, who runs his restaurant with energy and dedication. The kitchen team gets the job done, offering a consistent choice in a line of updated traditions: crispy tripe cigars, Asian-flavored reduced cooking juices, beef tongue in tartar sauce, truffle-flavored potato crush, cider jelly, aniseed-flavored strawberry soup and pistachio ice cream in a well-executed sequence at €33.50, within a vast à la carte menu.
