Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of Mont-Saint-Michel Bay and facing the Chausey Islands, this hotel boasts 76 spacious, comfortable rooms and suites, most with sea views. Designed for well-being and rejuvenation, the hotel is renowned (and rightly so) for the quality of its thalassotherapy, with a Thalgo-branded marine area featuring 10 aquatic workshops (river walking, whirlpool baths...) and numerous programs to relax and tone up. So rejuvenated, all that's left to do is head to the Le Sound restaurant, led by Aurélien Leclerc, where local cuisine is served on the terrace facing the sea as soon as the first rays arrive.
