Nestled in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, this spot is first and foremost the domain of young chef Thomas Benady, who offers remarkable gourmet cuisine that is 100% homemade. Eager to provide their guests with a more complete experience, Thomas and his wife Jessica have converted the estate (a 16th-century presbytery) three guest rooms with a clean, airy aesthetic, featuring polished concrete floors, rustic furniture (milking stools), and more contemporary lighting fixtures. Just a few steps away, a beautiful space is dedicated to massages (by reservation), and a tennis court is tucked away in the garden overgrown with wild herbs, which also features a vast orchard.
