Nestled in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the place is first and foremost the stronghold of young chef Thomas Benady, who offers a remarkable 100% home-cooked gourmet cuisine. Keen to offer their guests a more complete experience, Thomas and his wife Jessica have converted the estate (a 16th-century presbytery) into 3 rooms in a pure, clear universe, with waxed concrete floors, rustic furniture (milking stools) and more designer lighting. A few steps away, a beautiful space is dedicated to massages (reservations required), and a tennis court hides in the herb garden, which also houses a huge orchard.
